Welcome to WealthQuizzes, a mobile application owned and operated by TOPBRAINS KNOWLEDGE TEASERS COMPANY LIMITED (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your use of the WealthQuizzes mobile app and website (https://wealthquizzes.com). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Nigeria to register and use WealthQuizzes. We do not serve users in the EU, US, or other jurisdictions outside Nigeria.

2. Account Registration

To access quizzes and rewards, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Access to quiz stages requires a monetary subscription. All payments are processed in Nigerian Naira (₦) through our third-party provider, Paystack. We do not store your payment card details.

4. Rewards & Withdrawals

Users earn rewards by successfully answering questions and progressing through quiz stages. Rewards are deposited in your in-app wallet and can be withdrawn through approved payment methods. Withdrawal may be subject to minimum thresholds and verification.

5. Referral Bonuses

You may earn referral bonuses by inviting friends to register and participate. Referral bonuses are credited only if the referred user subscribes and meets our criteria.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the app legally and ethically. Prohibited behaviors include:

Using bots, automation, or AI to answer questions
Attempting to manipulate, cheat, or hack the app
Creating multiple accounts for fraudulent gain
Violating intellectual property rights

Violating these rules may result in account suspension or termination without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including questions, logos, designs, and software, is the property of TOPBRAINS KNOWLEDGE TEASERS COMPANY LIMITED. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

8. Disclaimers

WealthQuizzes is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no guarantees about availability, functionality, or suitability for a particular purpose. We are not liable for lost earnings, missed rewards, or technical issues that may affect access or results.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

10. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of WealthQuizzes after changes implies your acceptance. We encourage users to review this page regularly.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within Nigeria.
