All payments made on WealthQuizzes are for access to quiz sessions (subscription/participation fees) and are generally non-refundable.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted where:
  1. A user fails a quiz or stage
  2. A session ends due to incorrect answers
  3. A user chooses not to continue
  4. The user misunderstands the rules
  5. There is user error (e.g., incorrect selection)

3. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered only where:
  • A payment is successfully debited, but access is not granted
  • There is a verified system error or technical failure
  • Duplicate payment occurs
All refund requests are subject to review.

5. Final Decision
