All payments made on WealthQuizzes are for access to quiz sessions (subscription/participation fees) and are generally non-refundable.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted where:
- A user fails a quiz or stage
- A session ends due to incorrect answers
- A user chooses not to continue
- The user misunderstands the rules
- There is user error (e.g., incorrect selection)
3. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered only where:
- A payment is successfully debited, but access is not granted
- There is a verified system error or technical failure
- Duplicate payment occurs
All refund requests are subject to review.
4. Refund Process

- Transaction reference
- Description of issue
Processing time: 5–10 business days (subject to verification)
5. Final Decision
WealthQuizzes reserves the right to:
- Approve or decline refund requests
- Request additional information before processing
