Welcome to WealthQuizzes. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WealthQuizzes platform, including our website and mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using WealthQuizzes, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. ABOUT WEALTHQUIZZES

WealthQuizzes is a skill-based digital quiz platform that allows users to participate in structured question-based activities across multiple categories and stages.
The Platform is designed to promote learning, knowledge development, and user engagement through performance-based participation.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To use WealthQuizzes, you must:
  1. Be at least 18 years old and not above 65 years old
  2. Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  3. Provide accurate and complete registration information
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

  • Users must create an account to access the Platform.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
  • WealthQuizzes shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access due to user negligence.

4. NATURE OF THE SERVICE (IMPORTANT)

  • WealthQuizzes is strictly a skill-based platform.
  • Outcomes are determined by user knowledge, accuracy, and performance
  • There is no element of chance, randomness, or betting
  • Users do not wager against the platform or other users
  • No jackpots, lotteries, or prize pools exist
Payments made on the Platform are subscription/participation fees for access to quiz sessions.

5. HOW THE PLATFORM WORKS

  1. Users subscribe to participate in quiz sessions
  2. Each quiz category contains five (5) stages of increasing difficulty
  3. Users must answer questions correctly within specified time limits
  4. Failure to answer correctly results in the termination of that session
  5. A new subscription is required to restart or attempt again.

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

  • Subscription fees start from a minimum amount as displayed on the Platform
  • Payments are processed via secure third-party payment providers
  • All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law
  • WealthQuizzes does not store users’ payment card details.

7. REWARDS AND EARNINGS

  • Rewards are performance-based, not guaranteed
  • Users earn rewards only upon successful completion of stages
  • Each stage corresponds to a predefined reward structure
  • Rewards are not interest, investment returns, or financial profits
  • WealthQuizzes does not guarantee earnings or income.

8. WITHDRAWALS

Users may request withdrawal of eligible earnings after completing a stage
Withdrawals are subject to:
  • Verification checks
  • Compliance review
  • System validation
WealthQuizzes reserves the right to delay or deny withdrawals where:
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected
  • Platform rules are violated
  • Verification requirements are not met.

9. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users must not:
  • Use bots, automation, or artificial intelligence tools to gain unfair advantage
  • Attempt to manipulate the system or exploit vulnerabilities
  • Create multiple accounts for unfair gain
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
Violation may result in:
  • Immediate account suspension or termination
  • Forfeiture of earnings
  • Legal action where applicable

10. FAIR USE AND SYSTEM INTEGRITY

WealthQuizzes implements monitoring systems to ensure:
  • Fair gameplay
  • Detection of abnormal patterns
  • Prevention of abuse
We reserve the right to adjust gameplay conditions or restrict access where necessary to maintain fairness and platform integrity.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Platform, including:
  • Questions
  • Design
  • Software
  • Branding
…are the exclusive property of WealthQuizzes and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WealthQuizzes shall not be liable for:
  • Loss of data, income, or expected earnings
  • System downtime or interruptions
  • User errors or incorrect answers
  • Unauthorized account access due to user negligence
  • Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

13. DISCLAIMERS

  • WealthQuizzes does not provide financial, investment, or gambling services
  • Participation does not guarantee earnings
  • The Platform is intended for educational and entertainment purposes

14. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:
  • You breach these Terms
  • Fraud or abuse is detected
  • Required by law or regulatory authorities

15. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA).
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

17. AMENDMENTS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
